The Compact 12V Fuse Block is an optimized version of the traditional fuse box. The use of a stud unidirectional positive input allows for a simpler wiring configuration, with one input and six outputs on a single side. This design results in a more compact size compared to the traditional fuse box, without sacrificing too much space. Additionally, the fuse block is equipped with a spare slot, enabling users to easily replace a blown fuse at any time.
The main material of the blade fuse box is PA66 + GF15%, and the contact terminals are made of nickel-plated copper, which provides superior durability and strength. Furthermore, the fuse box boasts high mechanical strength, excellent insulation, heat resistance, and flame retardancy, with the flame retardant meeting the UL94V-0 standard. The top cover is made of PC material, and the shielding layer extends to the top of the contact screws, preventing short-circuit issues caused by conductors falling on the metal.
The product parameters include a 12-volt blade fuse block for 6 ATO blade fuses, suitable for circuits with voltages less than DC80V. The individual slots are designed for circuits with continuous operating currents less than 40A, and the maximum total input current is 150A. The recommended mounting torque for M4 screws is 1.5Nm, and the recommended maximum mounting torque for M5 nuts is 3.5Nm.
This fuse box features a red LED indicator for each circuit. When the line is connected to the power supply of the appliance box and the fuse is inserted, the red LED will not illuminate, indicating that the line is normally connected and powered. If the red LED is on, it signifies that the fuse has blown and needs to be replaced.
The 6-circuit fuse box has a wide range of applications, including cars, trucks, boats, tankers, ships, SUVs, yachts, RVs, vans, and more. Each fuse can be connected to various appliance circuits, such as car dome lights, headlights, wide lights, fog lights, warning lights, car refrigerators, car chargers, car fans, and car TVs.
